Enjoy a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Summary:
As the Transportation Operations Analyst, you'll be the vital link between Global Transportation & Trade Operations (GTTO) and specific Operating Companies (OPCOs). You’ll manage and analyze transportation networks, ensure shipment visibility, and play an active role in cost and service improvement projects. Your insights will drive process optimization and strategic supply chain decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between GTTO and assigned OPCOs to ensure smooth transportation operations
- Oversee shipment tracking and provide visibility for domestic/international moves
- Lead and support projects dedicated to cost improvement and service enhancement
- Compile, analyze, and report transportation performance metrics
- Address operational challenges and recommend innovative solutions
- Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- 3–5 years’ supply chain or operations experience
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the U.S. transportation industry
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Team-oriented and proactive work ethic
