Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to assist in managing our logistics systems. The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, track inventory, communicate with customers and third-party service providers, and ensure accurate transportation bills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics systems, including shipment coordination, distribution, and tracking
- Oversee dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring accurate booking and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with customers, third-party service providers, and internal teams
- Support customer service and delivery activities by directing shipping, receiving, and storage teams
- Ensure accurate transportation bills and maintain efficient logistics operations
