This role will support the on-site management team with data collection and visualization, workforce planning, scheduling, and basic inventory management. When needed, you may also be requested to deliver SUMMIT VIP tours or expeditions.
In this role, you will report to the Logistics Manager, Guest Services. You are an ideal candidate if you have at least two years of experience in a guest-facing professional administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee On-Site Guest Services Operations
- Assist in creating weekly post rotations that will be reviewed daily by the logistics team.
- Create daily briefings to inform all teams of day-of events and notes, any special requests or accommodations, and pertinent information to support our service standards and surprise & delight initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, lost and found program, laundry, and uniform processes, tracking and reporting, data entry, and payroll approvals for all aspects of the Guest Experience operation.
- Lead by example through delivering excellent guest service and promoting a positive, motivating work environment.
- Help to ensure that Guest Experience Ambassadors have the necessary information, tools, and resources to be successful.
- Anticipate and respond to guest and team needs.
- Identify, track, and analyze trends and feedback, and provide data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions. Particularly, data regarding attendance patterns, staffing efficiencies, and service recovery tracking.
- Additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Associates, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and complete attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Data Collection and Visualization is a plus.
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills to relate and communicate at all levels.
- Must be able to work independently and exhibit initiative to solve problems, including tracking situations until an appropriate resolution is achieved.
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate while remaining a team player.
- Must be comfortable with heights and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
