Crew Chief / Project Manager

AnyWeather Restoration currently seeks a motivated Crew Chief / Project Manager with 3 - 5 years water remediation & restoration experience and IICRC certification.
Primary Job Function:
To perform mitigation jobs from start to finish, managing cost and labor and making sure customers are always happy. Produces continued documentation and photos. Document’s completion. The position is responsible for processing jobs.

Work Hours:
7:30am – 4:30pm; alternating on call schedule to cover 24/7 emergency service; some weekends and evenings
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- IICRC certified
- Work oncall
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training and classes.
- Work from a 12’ step ladder
- Demonstrates willingness to work “on call” environment, being prepared to respond to emergency calls after, and during normal business hours
- Arrive on time daily
- Demonstrate customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Must possess communication skills necessary to update all needed parties, including adjusters, homeowners, and management.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Duties:
- Maintain required tools
- On call status for emergency service as required
- Communicate with customers
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Complete all service-related forms properly
- Inform and educate customers on additional products and services available through the company.
- Other duties as assigned
- Relocate from one job site to another job site as dispatched during the workday
- Operate company vehicles as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatcher and carry out in a timely manner
- Report problems with company tools or vehicle promptly
- Ability to work staggered schedule if required
Performance Indicators:
Certain key business indicators that will measure the effectiveness of the Crew Chief. These include the following:
- Responds to all emergency service calls within the timeframe established
- Performs assigned tasks completely on a regular basis
- Displays willingness to learn our trades, understanding that this technical knowledge, along with a desire to personally grow, is what can lead to any advancement within this organization
- Reports to shop, on-time, every time
- Ensures crew is productive when on the clock
Project Manager Training Outline
- Must understand basic sales principles, and close restoration jobs
- Must understand basic estimating procedures including Xactimate.
- Must be able to direct the flow of a project in a way that produces a result based on our current standards for Water Damage Restoration (IICRC S500 S520) with minimal tech support
- Must understand job-flow and schedule
- Must exhibit reliability and be accountable to crew, management and our customers
- Must be able to consistently communicate with all necessary parties
- Must follow the correct job-flow, managing each project’s documentation and processing needs, within our internal management systems
- Must keep all parties updated, including referral partners and marketing reps.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
