Job Title: Project Manager

Job Duties:
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams, ensuring both internal CHEF’STORE teams and external consultants remain aligned to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports while actively monitoring progress across concurrent initiatives.
- Proactively communicate project status to management, including risks, delays, dependencies, and any scope creep or out-of-scope activities requiring escalation or decision-making.
- Facilitate and participate in recurring project meetings, capturing action items, tracking follow-ups, and driving accountability to keep projects moving forward.
- Identify issues early, manage dependencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum and ensure successful, on-time project delivery in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment.
Job Requirements:
- 3–7 years of hands-on project management experience managing timelines, milestones, and multiple workstreams.
- 1+ year experience in retail, financial, merchandising banking, insurance, or consumer platforms.
- Experience managing both internal teams and external consultants.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven experience building, tracking, and managing project plans using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), particularly within finance or enterprise systems environments, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience) with project management certification (PMP or equivalent) and strong communication skills to confidently lead and influence senior stakeholders.

- Monday – Friday
Pay: $60.00 per hour
