The incumbent will work in coordination with the Associate Athletic Director, Football Administration and Assistant Athletic Director, Football Operations, as it relates to all aspects of the daily operation of the Football Program, including, but not limited to, training camp, team travel, financial analysis, comparative research, scheduling community service and practice logistics.
This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Assistant Athletic Director & Associate Athletic Director for Football with all aspects of the daily operation of the Football Program.
- Update and Maintain TeamWorks Calendar; Message Student Athletes and Staff as necessary.
- Update and maintain ARMS Calendar; message Compliance staff as necessary.
- Serve as the Football Program Liaison to ICA Hall of Champions as it relates to community service planning, compliance and coordination with any off-campus affiliate.
- Analyze and interpret monthly budget reporting and provide trend analysis with recommended actions.
- Organize, establish and maintain record keeping for travel and expense reimbursement documents for Assistant Athletic Director, Football Operations.
- Coordinate with Assistant Athletic Director of Football Operations to ensure that all Practice Policies are maintained on behalf of the Head Coach, including management of the Practice Guest Policy.
- Prepare program comparative analysis within the Big 12 and the NCAA, and other special project research as requested by the Assistant Athletic Director, Football Operations.
- Coordinate with the Assistant Athletic Director of Football Operations to ensure efficient planning and execution with regard to all relative training camp logistics, including but not limited to schedule, meals and housing.
- Collaborate as needed with the General Manager and Assistant Athletic Director of Football Operations to ensure that all incoming Student-Athlete on-boarding processes and orientations are scheduled and executed.
- Collaborate as needed with the General Manager and Assistant Athletic Director of Football Operations to ensure that all official visit hotels and meals are advanced and effectively executed.
- Budget accountability.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- One year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience in football operations.
