Responsibilities:

Ensures that Safety is always the highest priority.
Monitors and takes full responsibility for project budget.
Works with Foremen to develop layout drawings, commodities list and purchase orders.
Coordinates schedule of the project with the General Contractor and other subcontractors.
Attends turnover/preplanning project meetings.
Developing timelines, material coordination, and labor requirements.
Attends site visits and pre-construction meetings.
Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFI's, change orders, labor, and material budgets.

Qualifications:

Superior communication skills written and verbal.
Safe working procedures and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
History of strong client relationships and management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings accordingly to state/local code requirements.
Experience with contract documents: contract drawings, specifications, subcontracts, contract addendum, and change orders.
