Responsibilities:
- Ensures that Safety is always the highest priority.
- Monitors and takes full responsibility for project budget.
- Works with Foremen to develop layout drawings, commodities list and purchase orders.
- Coordinates schedule of the project with the General Contractor and other subcontractors.
- Attends turnover/preplanning project meetings.
- Developing timelines, material coordination, and labor requirements.
- Attends site visits and pre-construction meetings.
- Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFI's, change orders, labor, and material budgets.
Qualifications:
- Superior communication skills written and verbal.
- Safe working procedures and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
- History of strong client relationships and management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings accordingly to state/local code requirements.
- Experience with contract documents: contract drawings, specifications, subcontracts, contract addendum, and change orders.
- 10 Years of Electrical Project Management
