Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Director of Procurement for the Logistics sector. The Director will oversee and manage procurement and logistics operations, develop and maintain supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Responsibilities include supplier evaluations, managing the supply chain process, analyzing logistics performance, and implementing strategies for optimization. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure efficient procurement and delivery of materials and services.

- Strong expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in Procurement processes and Supplier Evaluation
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data review and decision-making
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee cost-saving initiatives
- Proven experience within procurement and logistics fields; experience in a leadership role is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
