Pay Rate: $24.81 - $31.51/ hr on W2
50% onsite required

Position Summary
Client is seeking a dynamic individual to join a motivated team of materials management and supply chain professionals. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across global supply chain planning systems and processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain, analyze, and improve master data related to materials, vendors, and planning parameters in our ERP and planning systems, enabling efficient supply chain operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update master data to ensure seamless supply chain operations for planning and buying, thereby ensuring continuity of supply to our patients.
- Collaborate with planning and buying teams to understand data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
- Perform regular data quality audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Support new product launches, material changes, and supplier onboarding by managing related master data activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for master data processes, standards, and workflows.
- Generate reports and analytics to support supply chain planning, buying, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in data governance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide training and support to end users on master data processes and tools.
- Liaise with IT and other business functions to support system enhancements and data integration projects.
- Act as a source of knowledge in areas of supply chain best practices and methodologies. Work cohesively with cross-functional teams in support of operational efficiency, flexibility, and assurance of material availability. Support the implementation process improvements by maintaining open communication with all teams and fostering environment of cooperation in which to achieve shared goals.
- Lead systematic initiatives related to network materials planning including, supplier forecast, network inventory allocation, safety sock analysis, planning parameters, and supply planning activities. Maintain effective and service-oriented relationships with departmental and organizational-level stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, pharmaceuticals or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills including ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with system-driven MRP planning and Proficiency in ERP systems (I.e., Oracle, SAP, QAD)
