Job Title: Junior Logistics Coordinator
About the Role:
we’re looking for someone who can keep our cans flowing like… well, our cans. you’ll be the point person for moving SMASHD inventory into our fulfillment center, scheduling pick-ups with our logistics partners, and making sure every pallet, truck, and tracking number is exactly where it needs to be. if you love checklists, organization, and the thrill of a perfectly timed pickup window, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do:
* coordinate inbound shipments of SMASHD products into our fulfillment center
* schedule and manage pickups with our logistics partners (LTL, FTL, parcel, etc.)
* work directly with fulfillment to ensure inventory accuracy & smooth order flow
* track shipments + resolve delays before they turn into chaos
* keep everyone updated with neat lil status reports
* maintain shipping docs, BOLs, labels, tracking sheets, etc.
What You Bring:
* experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment (startup vibe = bonus)
* strong communication + follow-through
* spreadsheet energy (google sheets, vlookups)
* ability to stay calm when freight carriers act like they’re allergic to timelines
* proactive problem-solver with “i already fixed it” energy
