We are hiring a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring efficient, organized staging and shipping processes across multiple carriers.
Shift Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
In This Role
- Utilize ERP, WMS, and Quickbase systems to review order details, track inventory movement, and prepare staged products for shipment
- Manage shipment waves/loads, ensuring all orders are fully staged and ready for dispatch
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate directly with drivers during pickups
- Process shipments across a multi-carrier network (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) using ShipStation
- Match and apply correct SKU labels to items, ensuring accuracy before handoff to the packaging team
- Verify outgoing shipments against order documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with loading delivery trucks and confirm shipments are properly staged and dispatched
- Identify and resolve picking or shipping discrepancies (e.g., incorrect or missing labels)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, dock, and staging areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned, in line with training and qualifications
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in orders, labeling, and shipping documentation
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experienced with warehouse/shipping systems (ERP, WMS, ShipStation) and multi-carrier shipments
- Required to always wear steel-toed boots/shoes during work hours
