Lead Contents Technician
Full-Time | Bilingual (English/Spanish) | Restoration Industry
We are a well-established, family-owned restoration company seeking a Lead Contents Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the restoration or contents handling field and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train team members in packing, cleaning, inventorying, and storing customer contents after water, fire, or mold damage
- Ensure quality control and proper documentation of all contents handled
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
