We are currently building a team of Reservist Disaster Case Managers —compassionate professionals ready to step in when communities need urgent recovery support.

By joining our reservist talent pool, you will be first to know when deployment opportunities open.

When activated, you’ll help individuals and families by:

Assessing needs and creating individualized recovery plans.
Coordinating housing, financial, health, and mental health resources.
Connecting clients with federal and local assistance programs like FEMA and HUD.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to deploy quickly, travel, and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Able to function in a dynamic and stressful environment with little or no supervision
Able to participate and contribute in regular meetings.
Good organizational skills, responsible and punctual.
Active listening skills and able to work well with others.
Must have a valid Real ID , DL and/or Passport.
MUST be able to pass a thorough federal background check
MUST pass drug test & pre-employment verifications
MUST be willing and capable of working 7 days / week
MUST be in good health and pass minimum standards for physical fitness
Previous disaster relief experience is encouraged but not required.
