Job Title: Plant Production- Engineering Manager
Location: Midwest, USA
Salary: $125,000 per year plus incentive , plus benefits
We are seeking an experienced Plant Production- Engineering Manager with a background in paper or film operations. This is a hands-on, onsite role at a mid-sized manufacturing plant, with opportunities for advancement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive, stable experience in paper or film operations
- Demonstrated track record of stability and advancement
- Strong technical knowledge including:
- Mechanical systems and equipment troubleshooting
- Electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry
- PLC programming and operation
- Servo-drive systems and motor controls
- Industrial automation and process control
- College degree preferred but not required
- Position is onsite — candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located nearby
