Sales Development Representative

$60K–$70K Base + Uncapped Commission | $85K–$110K+ OTE

We’re looking for a hungry, competitive lead generator who wants more than another sales job. Preferably in the Bay Area, but we're open to a fully remote position.

Overdryve has built a strong footprint in the automotive marketing space, and now we’re scaling Overdryve.ai. We need someone who can create opportunities, get conversations started, and build a pipeline.

This is a startup. We move fast. We expect results. And if you perform, there is a lot of room to grow and a lot of opportunity for you.

The Role

You’ll work directly with our Founder & CEO. Your job is to open doors.

You'll be responsible for:

Minimum 80 outbound cold calls per day
Prospecting through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email, and other channels
Identifying and connecting with business owners and decision-makers
Building relationships with industry partners, associations, vendors, and referral sources
Consistent follow-up with prospects
Qualifying opportunities and booking demos
Keeping your pipeline organized and moving
Finding creative new ways to generate leads and conversations

Where This Can Go

We are not hiring someone to make cold calls forever. We're looking for someone who can come in, produce, learn the business, and earn more responsibility quickly.

For the right person, this role could develop into an Account Executive position, where you'll run and close your own demos.

And as we build the sales team, there is an opportunity to become Overdryve.ai’s first Sales Manager and help us build the sales organization from the ground up.

You'll be working directly with the CEO and learning the entire sales process along the way.

Your growth will be determined by your performance – not how long you've been here!

Who We Want

You’re competitive.

You’re comfortable picking up the phone.

You don't need someone reminding you to follow up.

Hearing "no" doesn't ruin your day.

And you'd rather join a company where you can help build the sales organization than become employee # 357 inside one that already exists.

Experience in sales development, lead generation, SaaS, and marketing is required. At least two years. Experience in automotive and SMB is a plus.

Work ethic, communication skills, competitiveness, and results matter more.

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000

Plus uncapped performance-based commission and bonuses.

Target First-Year Earnings: $85,000–$110,000+

And that's just the starting point.

Moving into an AE or sales leadership position creates a significantly larger earning opportunity.

What Winning Looks Like In Your Role

80+ calls a day minimum.

Consistent outreach.

Qualified demos.

Pipeline.

Revenue.

Results.

We're building something big, and we're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to say they were part of the sales team when it was just getting started.

If you're hungry, competitive, coachable, and want to prove what you can do, let's talk.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
