Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Associate Scientist to join the Process Development team supporting large molecule drug substances and vaccine development programs. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career scientists with a background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related life sciences. The Associate Scientist will participate in the development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer of manufacturing processes for polysaccharide intermediates and vaccine drug substances.
Working under general supervision, the scientist will design and execute laboratory experiments, analyze and interpret data, maintain laboratory documentation, and contribute to technical reports while ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines. The position offers hands-on experience with downstream process development, purification techniques, analytical characterization, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT), and Analytical Research & Development (ARD).

Experience
- 0–2 years of laboratory or industry experience.
- Internship, co-op, or academic research experience is acceptable.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, or biologics laboratories is preferred.
