Lumicity is partnered with a well-funded, fast-growing start-up in Atlanta, GA, backed by industry leaders and investors. Looking for a Head of Operations to lead vendor management, procurement, and delivery operations for a hardware and software platform.
Newly created executive seat, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the leadership team.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of operations experience, with a track record of scaling an operations function (0→1 or 1→100)
- Background in physical product, construction, or field-services businesses
- Proven vendor negotiation and hardware/supply chain sourcing experience
- ERP implementation ownership experience strongly preferred
- Industrial hardware or controls/automation-adjacent background a plus
