We're looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our U.S. logistics and fulfillment operations. This role owns the movement of inventory after it arrives in the United States, ensuring products are efficiently distributed to Amazon fulfillment centers, wholesale customers, and direct-to-consumer orders.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our Warehouse Manager while partnering with teams across Operations, Purchasing, Product Development, Customer Experience, and Leadership to keep our supply chain running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Own the day-to-day logistics operation from U.S. arrival through final customer fulfillment.
- Manage Amazon FBA shipments, wholesale distribution, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
- Partner with our California Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient receiving, inventory management, shipping, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate inventory movement, transportation, replenishment planning, and warehouse performance.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and inventory planning
- Champion the use of AI, automation, and technology to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, reporting, and process optimization.
- Travel approximately 25% to our California warehouse..
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or distribution management.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer products, or CPG environments.
- Strong understanding of importing, Amazon FBA, wholesale distribution, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software.
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and external partners.
- A proactive leader who takes ownership, makes informed decisions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to our California warehouse
