Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the retirement planning sector, is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects focused on retirement plans, including automating rate graft for defined benefits plans and changing pricing models for 401k plans. They will shadow existing projects initially and undergo robust onboarding to understand the organization and meet with PMs. The role requires strategic and critical thinking skills and the ability to fit into a touchy-feely, business-oriented culture.

- PMI certification
