The Global Logistics Manager owns the end-to-end movement of product across Spinelli Kilcollin's global supply chain—from vendor shipments and customs clearance to last-mile delivery for wholesale and DTC customers worldwide. This role is equal parts operational excellence and relationship management: you'll develop and maintain carrier and freight partnerships, ensure full regulatory compliance across all markets we operate in, and continuously improve the speed, cost, and reliability of our global logistics network.

Carrier & Vendor Relationships
- Own relationships with all logistics vendors—carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs—as the primary point of contact
- Lead carrier RFPs and contract negotiations, balancing cost, service levels, and reliability
- Conduct regular business reviews with key partners, tracking performance against agreed KPIs
- Evaluate and onboard new logistics partners as the business enters new markets or requires additional capacity
Operations & Process Improvement
- Build and maintain logistics dashboards and reporting to track cost per shipment, transit times, and carrier performance

- Demonstrated experience managing freight forwarder, customs broker, and carrier relationships
- Familiarity with fine jewelry-specific compliance considerations (hallmarking, conflict minerals, CITES where applicable) preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret logistics cost and performance data
- Experience with NetSuite, a TMS, or similar ERP/logistics platform
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under the pressure of time-sensitive shipments
