Insight Global is looking to hire a Fleet Compliance Manager in the Philadelphia Metro area. This person will be responsible for ensuring full DOT/FMCSA compliance across fleet operations, including driver qualification files, hours of service, inspections, and accident reporting. They will oversee preventive maintenance programs, track fleet performance, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring all vehicles and drivers meet regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include managing telematics systems, fuel card programs, tolling, and IFTA reporting, as well as supporting onboarding of new vehicles and handling registration, titling, and insurance documentation. This role will also focus on maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and driving corrective actions across fleet operations. The compensation range for this role is between $90,000–$105,000 annually.

Must Haves

5+ years of fleet management experience within DOT-regulated environments
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations (49 CFR Parts 387, 390, 391, 395, 396)
Experience managing vehicle compliance programs, driver qualification files, and maintenance records
Hands-on experience with telematics systems (Samsara or similar)
Experience overseeing preventive maintenance programs and vendor management

Plusses

Experience managing fleets of 300+ units or specialized equipment (bucket trucks, aerial devices, trailers)
Multi-state fleet compliance experience
Experience with IFTA reporting, fuel programs (WEX), and toll management
Strong data analysis skills for operational improvement
Experience with registration, titling, and asset lifecycle management
