Join our dynamic construction team as an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator, where you'll play a vital role in driving project success from initial estimate to project completion. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed construction estimates by analyzing project plans, and site requirements.
- Support project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules utilizing ALPHA
- Coordinate with employees, subcontractors and vendors to complete projects in a timely manner
- Use construction management software such as ALPHA to track project progress, update schedules, and document changes.
- Daily communication to the client
- Contribute to construction site visits to monitor progress, verify compliance with safety standards, and support construction scheduling efforts.
- Support project coordination efforts by communicating effectively across teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating tools and sofyears
- Strong knowledge of construction and remediation .
- Experience with construction scheduling techniques and tools to develop realistic timelines aligned with project goals.
- Solid understanding of contracts, cost management principles, and construction site operations.
- Excellent analysis skills for data interpretation related to budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
- Construction experience with hands-on site knowledge enhances your ability to coordinate projects seamlessly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
