What You Will Do

Coordinate transportation operations: manage trucking requests for assigned store locations and ensure timely completion of transportation needs.
Optimize fleet utilization: efficiently schedule and prioritize transportation requests to maximize equipment and driver productivity.
Serve as a central point of contact: support drivers with job assignments, scheduling, permitting, and communication needs.
Maintain transportation records: facilitate accurate billing, fleet maintenance documentation, and operational reporting.
Support customer and store needs: provide transportation quotes, coordinate with outside vendors, and assist in maximizing load efficiency.

What You Will Need

Dispatch or transportation coordination experience preferred.
Knowledge of hauling large equipment including agricultural and construction equipment preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Proficiency with computers and technology tools used for scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping.
Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
