What You Will Do
- Coordinate transportation operations: manage trucking requests for assigned store locations and ensure timely completion of transportation needs.
- Optimize fleet utilization: efficiently schedule and prioritize transportation requests to maximize equipment and driver productivity.
- Serve as a central point of contact: support drivers with job assignments, scheduling, permitting, and communication needs.
- Maintain transportation records: facilitate accurate billing, fleet maintenance documentation, and operational reporting.
- Support customer and store needs: provide transportation quotes, coordinate with outside vendors, and assist in maximizing load efficiency.

What You Will Need
- Dispatch or transportation coordination experience preferred.
- Knowledge of hauling large equipment including agricultural and construction equipment preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with computers and technology tools used for scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
