Are you a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming environments? We are currently hiring for multiple cleaning positions across various shifts in the Findlay, OH area.

We’re seeking Office Cleaners, Lead Custodians, Janitors, and Floor Technicians to join our professional team. If you're detail-oriented and committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!

We're Looking For:

Detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic
Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning (preferred)
Reliable team players with dependable transportation
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings or weekends as needed
Supervisory applicants must have prior leadership experience in janitorial or facility services

Responsibilities:

Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
Meet or exceed client cleanliness standards
Perform heavy-duty cleaning such as floor scrubbing and carpet shampooing
Conduct minor maintenance and upkeep
Organize and maintain custodial closets and supplies
Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or similar fields
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
