Position Type: 3-6 month contract (possible extension/CTH), 100% onsite in Bolingbrook, IL.
Team Need: Two resources one as a backfill, one to address backlog and skill gaps.
Core Focus: Hands-on administration of IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and Tier 2/3 user support.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management:
Administer and optimize SCCM/MECM environment.
Package, deploy, and manage applications, patches, and OS images.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and maintain client health/reporting.
Improve endpoint management processes and automation.
Systems & Infrastructure:
Support Nutanix HCI (administration, monitoring, performance).
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Perform patching, upgrades, and general maintenance.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Administer Veeam Backup & Replication.
Monitor backup jobs, perform restores, and validate integrity.
Assist with disaster recovery planning and documentation.
Networking & IT Support:
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues (Palo Alto environment).
Support VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
Manage 30 40 tickets/service requests weekly (team total).
