Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining safety standards and quality benchmarks. This position offers a dynamic environment where proactive leadership and strategic planning are essential to meet client expectations and uphold company standards.

Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project schedules to track progress and identify potential delays.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and project flow.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity of project requirements and compliance with design specifications.
Oversee construction site activities, including safety protocols, quality control inspections, and adherence to civil plans.
Utilize construction estimating software for accurate cost control and documentation.
Manage project documentation such as change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily reports, and progress updates.
Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards while maintaining a focus on efficient resource management.
Facilitate effective project coordination by scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and tracking milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Experience

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in construction projects.
Extensive site experience with a solid understanding of construction site operations and safety practices.
Proficiency in construction management software tools for scheduling and project tracking.
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management to ensure precise execution of plans.
Familiarity with civil 3D for design coordination and site layout planning is highly desirable.
Experience with construction estimating techniques using software to support budget development.
Strong knowledge of project management principles including time management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

We currently have one mixed-use (commercial and 51-unit residential) project in construction and have several other residential and commercial projects in the works.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
