General Description:
The Retail Warehouse Coordinator will manage warehouse operations, inventory and product management as well as hiring and directing warehouse staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrates our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.
- Receiving all incoming products, both physically and through the retail system.
- Distribution of new & reordered products to all retail locations, including applicable paperwork.
- Replenishment of product to all retail locations utilizing system reporting.
- Completion of all applicable paperwork for replenishments, transfers, adjustments & receiving.
- Organization and maintenance of retail warehouse and storage areas.
- Responsible for hiring and training of warehouse employees.
- Complete retail location set ups for all home games.
- Complete periodic physical inventories of warehouse, team shop and stands.
- Complete inventory spot checks as needed.
- Participates in product management of pop-up shop opportunities as requested.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing issues and solving problems and regularly communicating with staff.
- Other applicable duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years’ experience
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Knowledge of Inventory & POS Systems
- Experience with warehousing in a retail sales environment
- Experience managing staff and creating a team-oriented environment
- Must demonstrate initiative and creativity
- Must have ability and willingness to work long days, evenings, and weekends
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle, or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
- The vision requirement includes close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- The nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
- Must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
