Position Type: 4–6 Month Contract (W2)
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00/hour (Paid weekly, based on experience)
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, organized, and adaptable Helium Logistics Analyst to join our global supply chain network. This dynamic role features a unique, alternating schedule designed for those who thrive in high-impact operations but value focused project time.
You will operate on a rotating "1 Week On / 2 Weeks Off" operational focus:

- "2 Weeks Off" (Support & Analytics Phase): You transition back to standard hours, focusing on critical administrative tasks, import/export compliance, fleet inventory, and process documentation.
What You'll Do
- Road Logistics: Schedule and manage domestic liquid helium shipments, update distribution schedules from U.S. sources, and act as the main point of contact for North American transfills. Direct drivers to ensure seamless execution.
- Ocean Logistics: Collaborate with freight forwarding agents, shipping lines, and our international logistics teams in Dubai and Europe to support global container traffic and sourcing strategies.
- Administrative Operations: Invoice product, transportation, rental, and service charges using Excel and Oracle, and document internal operational processes and SOPs.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
- Experience: 2+ years of previous logistics scheduling experience.
- Regulations: Familiarity or working knowledge of applicable government regulations (DOT, Import/Export) is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and operational systems (Excel and Oracle experience is a major plus).
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills. You must be comfortable managing multiple tight deadlines and collaborating across time zones.
Working Conditions
- Environment: Mix of Office and Home Office. Candidates will report to our Center Office in Houston, TX.
- Time Zone: The core team is based in Central Time but interacts across all U.S. and global time zones.
- Safety: Non-safety sensitive; no heavy lifting, driving, heights, or chemical handling required.
