Title: Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily warehouse operations, including product reception, storage, picking, and shipping.
- Assist Logistics Manager with E-Commerce and Inventory Operations as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the internal team and our 3PL warehouse.
- Proactively resolve shipping and transport issues across warehouse locations.
- Manage returns process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup
- Ability to travel between warehouse locations and NYC office three days a week
