RELOCATION TO THE CHICAGOLAND AREA REQUIRED - This CTO opportunity is for an organization in a high-growth, multi-business unit platform seeking a business-first Chief Technology Officer to lead and scale its technology organization. The environment is operationally complex, with multiple systems, business units, and evolving internal and external technology platforms. The CTO will be responsible for strengthening and professionalizing the company’s overall technology foundation while advancing the tools, systems, and infrastructure that support operational speed, visibility, efficiency, and scalability. This role requires a balance of executive leadership, strategic thinking, technical oversight, vendor management, operational understanding, and team development. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working alongside executive leadership while also collaborating closely with developers, IT professionals, vendors, and operational teams.
