The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our day-to-day operations. As the COO, you are the architect of our execution. While the CEO focuses on the "why" and the long-term vision, you own the "how." You will translate our ambitious roadmap into a scalable operational reality, ensuring every department, from Engineering to Customer Success, is aligned, efficient, and hitting its KPIs. This role requires a strong operator who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operational Scaling: Design and implement business processes that allow the company to scale 2x–5x without breaking.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the CEO to refine the corporate strategy and ensure it is communicated and executed across all teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Break down silos between Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and Finance to ensure a unified engine.
- Performance Management: Establish and track OKRs and internal metrics to measure the health of both the business and key functional units.
- Customer Operations: You will directly own customer success, support, and implementation teams, ensuring our customer experience is top-notch
- Culture & Talent: Work with HR to build a high-performance culture, focusing on talent retention and leadership development during rapid growth.
- Capital & Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting and resource planning to ensure we are investing in the right high-leverage areas.
- Lead the development and implementation of a scalable professional services function, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with customer success and business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- The "Scaler" Experience: You’ve likely been a COO at a tech startup that grew from Series B to D, or you’ve managed a significant business unit in a larger tech firm.
- Data-Driven DNA: You don't just "feel" how the business is doing; you use data to diagnose bottlenecks and forecast growth.
- The "Chief Peacemaker": You have the emotional intelligence to manage strong personalities and align conflicting departmental goals.
- Tech-Fluent: You understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how SaaS/Product-led growth models work.
- Action-Oriented: You prefer a "done" over "perfect" mindset and thrive in the chaos of a fast-moving environment.
Requirements

- Proven experience in a leadership role as a COO
- Strong track record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment (startup or tech preferred)

- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in running and growing professional services.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
Pluses
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Experience in technology organizations, preferably in SaaS and/or AI
- Experience with global teams and distributed work environments
- Background in PE-backed companies or working with investors/board members
