A growing restoration company is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Developer to expand its network and generate new business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, staying visible in the community, and turning relationships into long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial property owners
- Prospect new referral partners through consistent in-person visits, networking, and outreach
- Stay top of mind with partners so that when disaster strikes, you are their first call
- Represent the company at industry and community events
- Educate partners on restoration services (water, fire, mold, storm)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications:
- Experience in outside sales/ business development
- Restoration industry or home services sales experience
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
