Senior / National Project Manager
Houston, TX | Commercial & Multifamily Restoration | $115K base + incentives
Overview
Lead large-scale restoration projects across mitigation and reconstruction. High-volume role with major losses, big teams, and fast-paced execution.
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects end-to-end (15–20 active | 60+ during CAT events)
- Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field teams (up to 100+)
- Own budgets, estimating, and financial performance
- Use Xactimate for scoping, sketching, and estimating
- Work with carriers, adjusters, and TPAs
- Support catastrophe response (hurricanes, freezes)
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years in restoration
- Strong commercial experience (multifamily, industrial, etc.)
- Background in both mitigation & reconstruction
- Proven success with large-loss, high-volume projects
- Xactimate expertise + strong budgeting/margin control
Compensation
- $115K base + incentives

- Open to frequent travel and rapid CAT deployment
