Position Overview
Bristlecone Medical Group is a concierge medical practice focused on advanced clinical strategy, performance medicine, and long-term health optimization.
We are seeking a high-caliber EMT who wants to transition from ambulance-based employment to join a collaborative care team in a daytime, clinical environment with greater exposure to advanced clinical care.
This role is designed for EMTs who are:
- Clinically strong
- Detail-oriented
- Seeking long-term growth beyond transport-based EMS

NOTE: This is a career-track, clinical role is not a traditional EMT position.
Compensation
- $27–30/hour (based on experience)
- Retention bonus at 6 and 12 months
- Clear pathway into a Lead Clinical Role
Core Responsibilities
- Patient intake, vitals, and clinical documentation
- Phlebotomy and specimen handling
- Clinical testing support
- Assist with procedures and patient flow
- Maintain an efficient, detail-driven clinical environment
Advanced Clinical Exposure
Depending on experience and training:
- IV placement and infusion support
- Assistance with injections and clinical procedures
- Exposure to preventative performance & longevity medicine
- Integration of diagnostic workflow (HRV, advanced labs, etc.)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years EMT experience preferred
- Strong clinical fundamentals and patient presence
- Highly reliable and detail-oriented
- Interested in promotion beyond traditional EMS transport work
- Professional, calm, and team-oriented
Paramedic-track candidates and ER tech backgrounds are strongly considered.
Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time Positions
- Monday–Friday
- Daytime hours (only)
