About this Role
Rosewood is looking for a Project Manager to drive the execution of social-first creative across multiple projects. This role owns the end-to-end project lifecycle, partnering with Brand and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving clarity, organization, and momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
**This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Los Angeles**
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management of social-first projects, including scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and delivery.
- Build and maintain accurate project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal resourcing.
- Lead internal project communication, keeping teams informed in real time as priorities shift, timelines evolve, and deliverables progress.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritizing tasks and balancing workloads to support overall team health.
- Partner closely with Brand Leads, acting as a true collaborator to guide projects forward and manage expectations across both internal and client stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks, anticipate scope changes or overages, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
- Monitor budgets through regular burn reporting, partnering with leadership to make real-time adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations to forecast staffing needs, flag freelance support, and gather key details for bookings.
- Work closely with Production, ensuring they are looped in at the right moments and set up for success across all relevant projects.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all projects adhere to agency processes and delivery standards.
- Prepare and share regular status updates, ensuring transparency around progress, risks, and next steps.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a creative agency environment.
- Experience leading projects across a social AOR or brand social account.
- Proven ability to manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resourcing from inception through delivery.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to track milestones, manage deliverables, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the confidence to lead conversations and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong relationship-builder, able to establish trust and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify risks, and problem-solve in real time.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Google Drive).

Compensation
- Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually
