We are recruiting a Site Logistics Lead to join a leading contractor on a landmark theatre project in Riyadh — a high-profile, technically complex build with a challenging and constrained site layout.
This role is critical to the successful delivery of the project, requiring someone who can plan, coordinate, and control all site logistics activities in a tight, high-pressure environment. You will be responsible for managing access, material flow, traffic management, storage, and sequencing, ensuring works progress efficiently despite spatial and operational constraints.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and highly proactive, capable of coordinating across multiple subcontractors and work packages while anticipating issues before they arise. You will play a key role in driving discipline on site, ensuring logistics plans are followed, and continuously optimizing processes to maintain programme.
We are looking for someone with proven experience on complex, fast-paced construction sites, ideally with exposure to large-scale or iconic projects. The ability to balance planning with hands-on problem solving and maintain control in a constrained environment is essential.
