Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Manager based in Huntington Beach, CA. The Logistics Manager will oversee supply chain operations, manage inventory, coordinate with procurement teams, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of products. Responsibilities include optimizing logistics workflows, maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and customers. The Logistics Manager will also focus on improving customer service and implementing cost-saving measures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, with the ability to oversee operational workflows and optimize delivery processes
- Strong skills in Inventory Management and Procurement, including maintaining stock levels and managing vendor relationships
- Exceptional Customer Service expertise, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Knowledge of industry-regulated compliance guidelines and safety standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the fuel, transportation, or energy industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or commensurate work experience
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as inventory and logistics management systems
