Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter & Cabinet Installer with strong experience in kitchen and cabinetry installation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Install kitchen cabinets (RTA and custom) with precision and quality
- Perform trim work, fillers, panels, and finish carpentry
- Read and follow design plans and layouts
- Take and verify field measurements
- Install hardware, accessories, and cabinet components
- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and project managers
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry and cabinet installation
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques
- Ability to read shop drawings and plans
- Experience with kitchen remodeling projects preferred
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must speak and understand English
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-end or custom cabinetry
- Familiarity with hardware systems (e.g., soft-close, pull-outs)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical coordination (not required, but a plus)
