CaroTrans is hiring a Transportation Coordinator to join our TMS team in Clark, NJ.
This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced operational environment. The role involves day-to-day transportation coordination, rate requests, shipment follow-up, issue resolution, and communication with branches, internal teams, carriers, and overseas partners.
The right candidate will be dependable, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping things moving throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day TMS operational work
• Review and respond to rate requests
• Coordinate shipments and follow up on open items
• Work with branches, internal teams, carriers, and overseas partners
• Problem solve as issues arise
