Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist II to support end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will manage purchase orders, coordinate domestic and international shipments, support inventory and accounting processes, and ensure accurate reporting across the business.
This is a highly visible role within operations, working cross-functionally with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery
- Coordinate ocean, air, and domestic shipments (LTL)
- Schedule shipments and communicate with freight forwarders and suppliers
- Handle inbound shipment notifications to warehouses
SAP & Order Management
- Create and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP
- Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and cost data
- Update EXWorks and order tracking information
Inventory & Goods Receipt
- Process goods receipt and inventory transfers
- Input landed costs and manage tariff/freight transactions
- Coordinate and support inventory audits
Accounting & Reporting
- Validate freight and shipment invoices
- Support AP processes and landed cost tracking
- Assist with weekly inventory and operational reporting
Additional Support
- Assist with MRP reporting and sourcing-related purchases
- Support process improvements and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience
- Experience working in SAP ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- Experience with international shipping (ocean/air) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
