Basic Function
We are seeking a full-time, in-office IT Manager to oversee the stability, security, and performance of the company’s technology infrastructure and internal systems. This role will ensure that the organization's platforms operate reliably while supporting the technology needs of operational teams.
The IT Manager will be responsible for managing hardware procurement, maintaining internal systems, supporting users, and ensuring that the technology environment enables productivity and operational continuity. This role will also support the procurement and management of equipment for distributed team members, including the domestics workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Infrastructure Management
Oversee the performance, availability, and security of internal platforms, systems, and digital tools used across the organization.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime.
Manage the acquisition, configuration, and distribution of company equipment including computers, peripherals, and other technology resources required by operational teams.
Provide technical support to internal staff, diagnose issues, and implement solutions that ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Ensure that internal platforms and operational systems function efficiently, coordinating with vendors or external partners when technical issues arise.
Maintain appropriate cybersecurity practices, system updates, and access controls to protect company systems and data.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, equipment inventory, and standard operating procedures.
Support leadership in planning and implementing scalable technology solutions aligned with the company’s operational growth.

Education/Experience
Must-Haves/Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure management, or technical operations.
Experience managing company hardware procurement, configuration, and deployment.
Experience supporting internal platforms, software tools, and user troubleshooting.
