We are partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed security services platform generating approximately $200M in revenue, with operations spanning electronic surveillance, alarm monitoring, and manned guarding services across the United States. The company operates a bi-coastal footprint, with a strong presence in Florida and California, and serves a diverse customer base across 46 states.
Following a recent acquisition and accelerated organic growth, the business is anticipated to double its revenue in the next year, positioning the company for substantial scale. This next phase will require meaningful transformation across technology infrastructure, core systems, and operational processes including the integration of platforms, standardization of workflows, and enhancement of team capabilities to support continued expansion and long-term value creation.
