As a Desktop Support Technician you will be the "face of IT" for a team supporting 800+ users (25 on-site, 800 remote). This role is transitioning to a high-visibility "Walk-up Bar" model. We are looking for a friendly, coachable, and tech-savvy professional who thrives on in-person interaction and remote troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for Windows users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, O365, Exchange, and endpoint issues
- Support walk-up IT requests and ticketed issues (Jira Service Desk)
- Assist users with varying technical skill levels (including hands-on support)
- Perform basic Intune tasks (user/group lookups, remote sessions, endpoint support)
- Maintain professional, customer-service-oriented user interactions
Must Haves:
- Hands-on Windows desktop support experience
- Microsoft Intune experience (required; surface-level acceptable)
- O365 / Exchange support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Coachable, teachable personality; team-first mindset
- Comfortable supporting non-technical and executive users onsite
Nice-to-Haves:
- Jira Service Desk experience
- Active Directory Experience
