What You'll Do:
- Supervise and lead restoration projects from start to finish.
- Train and mentor technicians on company procedures and best practices.
- Perform a wide range of restoration services, including water extraction, structural drying, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
- Ensure high-quality work through inspections and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members.
- Manage job documentation, including daily logs, work orders, and restoration reports.
On-Call Expectations:
- Lead Technicians are on-call one week per month.
- All team members are expected to respond in the event of a local catastrophic event or large commercial loss.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of restoration industry experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- IICRC certifications in Water Mitigation, Fire, Mold, etc., preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, job management software).
- Physical ability to perform demanding restoration tasks (lifting up to 75 lbs).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
