Swoon is hiring for our Airline Client in Denver, CO and this will be a fully onsite position. This position will also require occasional travel to other offices to support community events and attend planning sessions/meetings.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity to start with Benefits – Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium is covered for contractor).
Position Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to support community impact initiatives through employee engagement, nonprofit partnerships, and strategic program execution. This role will focus on coordinating volunteer programs, managing partner relationships, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that align business priorities with meaningful community investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee volunteer events, including coordination, communications, and day-of support
- Manage volunteer programming through internal platforms, including event creation and employee engagement efforts
- Partner cross-functionally to align volunteer initiatives with business priorities and community impact strategy
- Support nonprofit partner relationships, including coordination, communication, and program execution
- Manage contracts, invoicing, and vendor payment processes while maintaining accurate documentation
- Track and report on volunteer participation metrics and program outcomes
- Provide administrative support including inbox management, employee inquiries, and program coordination
- Assist in the development of materials, promotional items, and event collateral
- Contribute to internal and external communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, and storytelling initiatives
- Support data collection, reporting, and special projects related to community impact programs
