3rd Ave is looking for a Fabrication Facilities & Logistics Manager to lead the daily organization, readiness, and movement of our fabrication facility, warehouse, yard, fleet, and outbound logistics.
This role is essential to keeping a high output experiential fabrication shop operating smoothly. The right person understands how to create systems that support multiple departments, improve efficiency, and maintain order across a fast moving environment where priorities shift daily.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in building structure, anticipating needs, and taking initiative to solve problems before they affect the broader team.
Core Responsibilities
• Oversee organization and daily functionality of warehouse, yard, storage areas, and facility flow
• Maintain clear inventory systems for materials, tools, rentals, and stored assets
• Establish and manage vendor relationships for recurring stock, supplies, consumables, and operational needs
• Coordinate truck schedules, pickups, deliveries, freight, and site logistics
• Plan labor support for deliveries, warehouse needs, and facility operations
• Ensure loading and unloading procedures are organized, accurate, and aligned with project schedules
• Maintain yard cleanliness, storage discipline, and proper protection of builds and materials
• Oversee dumpsters, waste removal, equipment storage, and facility presentation
• Support fleet readiness and equipment availability
• Work closely with Project Management, Fabrication, and Technical Design teams to align facility operations with active project demands
• Improve internal systems that allow teams to quickly locate assets, materials, and resources when needed
• Track logistics, inventory, and operational needs through organized digital systems using Google Suite

Ideal Candidate
• Strong organizational instincts
• Experience managing warehouse, logistics, or facilities operations
• Comfortable creating systems and improving existing workflows
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Drive, and shared tracking systems
• Able to manage multiple priorities without losing detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in fabrication, construction, event production, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience
