Overview of the Role
The GTM Operations Program Manager plays a critical role in supporting go-to-market operations with a strong focus on hardware logistics, inventory management, and operational process delivery. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external service providers to ensure efficient, scalable, and data-driven operations that support business growth.

Duration: 9 months
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Location: Onsite in Santa Monica
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated program management expertise, with proven ability to scope, plan, execute, and track complex cross-functional initiatives, ideally within a hardware or logistics-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, including Salesforce and SAP (or equivalent), with experience in reporting, data models, and process automation.
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to define KPIs, analyze operational data, and translate insights into actionable improvements using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Other Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Experience with parcel or freight logistics strongly preferred.
- Understanding of international shipping practices and customs processes is a plus.
- Customs broker license is an advantage.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work effectively at both strategic and detailed levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations including asset tagging, availability tracking, and refurbishment processes.
- Coordinate internal and external hardware delivery and shipping requests across varied business needs.
- Provide operational guidance and day-to-day support to key stakeholders and broader teams.
- Own the delivery and maintenance of operational processes, including sales reporting, environmental reporting, and courier tracking for both outbound deliveries and inbound returns.
- Oversee daily account management with third-party logistics and service providers.
- Partner with external service providers to forecast capacity across key operational nodes and ensure service readiness.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
