Location: Hybrid remote and in-office
Compensation: $38,000 to $42,000 base salary depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Overview
The Procurement Associate is responsible for ordering customer merchandise and maintaining our product catalog. This role ensures items are sourced accurately, ordered on time, and tracked properly so deals remain profitable and organized.
This is not a customer-facing position. It is an operational role focused on execution, accuracy, and accountability.
ResponsibilitiesOrder Execution
- Place merchandise orders with approved vendors after deals are closed
- Confirm pricing, quantities, production timelines, and shipping details
- Track orders from placement through fulfillment
- Resolve vendor discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or delivery
Cost Tracking & Reporting
- Accurately record item costs and order totals
- Report when items are ordered and at what cost
- Maintain clean documentation to support margin and profitability tracking
Catalog Management
- Maintain and update the internal merchandise catalog
- Add new products, pricing, and vendor information
- Remove outdated or inactive items
- Ensure product details remain accurate and organized
Internal Systems & Communication
- Communicate order updates face to face and via Slack and email
- Collaborate regularly with the Sales Lead and Sales Manager
- Update records in CRM
- Navigate vendor websites for sourcing and purchasing
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement, operations, administrative support, sales support, or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and process-driven
- Comfortable working with numbers and tracking costs
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating both in person and through Slack
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
Familiarity with CRM systems, vendor portals, or promotional products is helpful but not required.
