Goddard Mason Executive Search (a dedicated division of Quality Staffing, inc.) has a wonderful Greater Dalton, GA-based wholesale flooring client in need of a seasoned, top-notch Supply Chain & Logistics Manager that is outstanding in international navigation. You will be working normal day-time business hours Monday-Friday, going straight to work for our client. Depending on experience and ability, this role will earn an annual salary of $95,000-$125,000.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to senior management and take responsibility for the health of the supply chain and logistics function of the organization.
- Lead and optimize the company’s international and domestic logistics network (suppliers, ports, warehouses, and clients).
- Use sales forecasts and orders to plan capacity, routes, and importation for inventory management.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and clients.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks while driving continuous process improvements
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship in sphere of influence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of supply chain/logistics experience with leadership experience.
- Logistics experience within the flooring industry required.
- Strong background in international logistics and importation required.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills, AS400 experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex networks and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field a plus.
