What You’ll Do:
Bring Ideas to Life Through Detail
- Develop clear, accurate drawings and layouts that support real-world builds and production.
- Take design concepts and translate them into something that can be fabricated and installed.
- Make updates and adjustments to drawings surrounded on feedback, materials, and project needs.
- Think through how moving parts and components come together versus just how they look.
Keep Projects Moving
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own timeline and level of complexity.
- Stay on track of deadlines in a schedule-driven environment tied to events and production timelines.
- Prioritize effectively and adapt quickly when updates and changes appear.
- Anticipate issues early and help problem solve before they impact delivery.
Work Cross-Functionally
- Partner internally across design, production, and project management to align on details.
- Ask detailed questions and communicate clearly to keep everything running smoothly.
- Support handoff from concept to completion by ensuring drawings are complete and usable.
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic solutions as projects evolve.
Focus on Accuracy & Execution
- Create supporting documents like material lists, and part breakdowns tied to drawings.
- Review final work for accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project scope.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Help identify ways to improve processes and efficiency over time.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Ideally 2-5 years of experience in detailing, drafting, or engineering support within a project-based environment.
- Experience with Rhino or similar 3D modeling/CAD tools.
- Solid grasp of how things are built within materials, construction drawings, and fabrication basics.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Comfort=able working onsite fully.
